Gluten Free Guide

STEP ONE:

The first thing that is important to do is identify what food products have gluten and what ones do not. Gluten is SNEAKY and is often in places one would never expect (like our shaving lotions)! Please take a look at the list below and see what products are good and which ones are not so good. For the Gluten Free Atlantis Recomendations.

STEP TWO:

The second thing to do is to go into your kitchen pantry with the list and put aside ALL of the food products that have gluten in them…time to read some labels! Don’t be surprised with the amount of gluten in your house…we have ALL been there.

STEP THREE:

The third thing to do is to understand that just because something says gluten free it does not mean that it is  healthy so listen to our Nutrition 101 talk

STEP FOUR:

The fourth thing is to replenish with GLUTEN FREE products! Small daily changes lead to huge improvement overall! Be patient as this is a process:)

STEP FIVE:
